Refund Policy
Effective date: April 7, 2026 · Product: TradingCalc API (tradingcalc.io)
Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions and credit purchases made on tradingcalc.io. It does not apply to Telegram Stars purchases, which are governed by Telegram's own refund policy.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Trader, Builder, Team, Growth) are billed monthly. You may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not used the API credits included in that billing period.
Renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
Credit top-ups
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once any credits from that purchase have been consumed. If no credits have been used, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund regardless of usage in the following cases:
- ·A technical error on our side caused credits to be incorrectly deducted
- ·The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period
- ·A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error
How to request a refund
Send an email to hi@tradingcalc.io with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your account email, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
